No. 67 | Stress Part 01: Is it Really Stress?
In this episode you will learn all the ways that stress might be impacting your body, your health and healing and your inability to achieve your health goals.
You will also understand and learn to investigate and identify various stressors you may not recognize are impacting your nervous system and many other systems of the body. If you struggle with unmanaged digestive and gut issues, hormone imbalances, thyroid dysfunction like hypothyroidism or Hashimoto’s, blood sugar dysregulation or chronic disease or autoimmune – YOU NEED TO LISTEN TO THIS EPISODE.
