Ingredients 

  • 1 cup Plain Silk Almondmilk Yogurt Alternative, coconut yogurt or other yogurt of your choice
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • zest from one lemon
  • 1 large clove garlic, minced
  • 1 ½ teaspoons ground turmeric
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to the pitcher of your high speed blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Add additional lemon juice or a little water to thin the dressing, as desired.
  • Add sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper to your liking.

For Whole30, nut-free and AIP choose a coconut milk yogurt
