Awesome deserts, you make it so easy to eat Gluten Free. Can I ask you if you have any knowledge on the Elimination Diet or if you can direct me to someone who does, meaning mainly recipes? I’m still struggling after six months with health issues and have been put on this diet by my doctor. I have the medical follow up but no recipes, he just told me to eat like a rabbit for four weeks which we all know won’t last. Any help would be so appreciated.

Hey Michelle, I am sorry I have never done the Elimination Diet, myself so I don’t really have any suggestions or info for you. I know many people that have had to be on it have found tons of great recipes here on my site, that have worked for them, so hopefully there is some stuff here that will work for you. Sorry I cannot be of more help.

Thanks Beth, I have found plenty I can use on your site as always it is a great help. I think there are so many variations to the diet I’m finding it difficult to find recipes without nuts but half way in with that being said I am doing well. Thanks so much for your help ;).

  2. I want to stuff my face with all of these…in no particular order. Can you help me with that?

    • tastyyummies says:

Um sure can. Let’s each take half of the list, make all of our recipes, then meet up in the middle and pig out for a week straight! xo
