To make the vinaigrette, add the mayo, vinegar, mustard, honey (or maple) and minced garlic in a small bowl and whisk vigorously until well blended, salt and pepper to taste; set aside.
Cook your bacon however you'd like, in a skillet on the stove top, in a pan in the oven, etc. Cook until browned and crispy, transfer to a paper towel lined plate.
Add the lettuce to your bowls (two large or 4 small). Top with the crumbled bacon, turkey, avocado, tomato and green onions. Pour over the vinaigrette and toss well to combine.
