In a medium pan (or if using a rice cooker) add the rice, REBBL Golden Milk, broth (or water) and garlic. Prepare according to package instructions for the rice (cooking times can vary). Generally instructions will state to bring to a boil, reduce heat to simmer. Cover and cook for 20 minutes, or until all the liquid is absorbed. (I make mine in the rice cooker)
In the last 5 minutes of the rice cooking, remove the lid and add the cauliflower rice, stir well to combine. Place the lid back on and allow to cook the remaining 5 minutes, or until all the liquid is absorbed.
Remove from the heat and place into a serving bowl. Add the toasted cashews and golden raisins. Toss to mix. Serve warm, topped with fresh cilantro or parsley. Enjoy.
Notes
If you can't get REBBL's Golden Milk Elixir near you, leave it out and instead increase the broth to 1 cup and include 1 cup of full fat coconut milk and 1 teaspoon ground turmeric. Whisk this all together well and boil with the rice, include a good amount of black pepper. If you have the time, you can also make your own Golden Milk
