1-2heaping scoops chocolate protein, two scoops for two servings
1tablespoonraw cacao or cocoa powder
1tablespoonchia seeds, ground flaxseed or other fiber powder
1-2tablespoonsalmond butter, macadamia cashew butter, coconut butter, or other fat)
1cupfrozen cauliflower rice, or swap in zucchini
pinchof sea salt
sprinkle shredded coconut and/or cacao nibs on top
Instructions
starting with the liquid first, add all of the ingredients to your high speed blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Serve topped with your coconut flakes, cacao nibs or other crunchies on top!
