FAQS:
What if I don’t do yoga, go on long hikes, like bootcamp workouts OR What if I am not sure I will be able to do the workouts?
All the yoga sessions and workouts are scalable to ALL fitness levels, with lots of personalized attention and modifications offered, if you have NO experience with either, no worries. That said, NOTHING on the trip is required, if you want to join us for camping and hiking but are not interested in the workouts or yoga, no bigs. You can do or not do whatever you want, no pressure. If you just wanna camp, go on light hikes and soak up nature and chill time – it’s totally up to you.
Will someone help me set up my tent?
Of course, we will all work together to get the campsite totally set up.
Will there be a meet up point or carpooling available?
Yes, we can definitely arrange meet up or pick up points and carpooling, this will happen as it gets closer and we know where everyone is coming from.
I have a gluten allergy, can I eat the food?
Since I (Beth) will be cooking all the food and I cook and eat 100% gluten-free all the food will be GF or with options to make GF. If you aren’t gluten-free, you won’t even know the difference. Promise. If you have additional allergies, please contact us ahead and we will do our very best to accommodate.
Is there electricity?
Yes. Our campsite will have an RV on it, we can run the generator during select hours (great times for phone charging and getting a hit of AC), otherwise the outlets in the RV will work in the hours that the generator isn’t running for any emergency charges, etc.
What’s the bathroom situation like?
There are plenty of easy-to-get-to bathrooms right in the campground. Showers are just a short 5- 10 minute walk away.
Please also feel free to email me if you have any additional questions, at all or to secure your spot.
