homemade mayo

or store-bought avocado oil mayo

full fat organic coconut milk

the canned kind, not the beverage kind

Frank's Red Hot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce* - more or less to taste

distilled vinegar

or apple cider vinegar

tablespoon
freshly squeezed lemon juice

teaspoon
nutritional yeast

teaspoon
onion powder

teaspoon
garlic powder

teaspoon
dried parsley

or 1 tbs fresh

teaspoon
dried chives

or 1tbs fresh

teaspoon
dried dill

or 1 tbs fresh
sea salt & black pepper
,
to taste
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender. Process until smooth and creamy. Give it a taste and adjust seasonings, as needed, to your taste.
Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
Notes
If you have another favorite hot sauce, feel free to use that, this just brings the most classic Buffalo-style flavor.
