¼cupwater, more or less as needed for desired thickness
3tablespoonsavocado oil mayo
2tablespoonsfresh lemon juice
1tablespoonwhite wine vinegar, or apple cider vinegar
1large garlic clove, or 1 very small shallot
3tablespoonsavocado oil mayo
sea salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients to a high speed blender or small food processor. Pulse a few times then blend until well incorporated and super creamy. Add more water as needed to reach your desired consistency.
Notes
You can use half basil and half parsley, if you’d like Add a small jalapeño (seeds and ribs removed) or red pepper flakes for a little heat Use a vegan mayo to avoid eggs, as needed
