Ingredients

coconut milk, almond milk, hemp milk, raw milk all work too

fresh baby spinach
1
ripe avocado
4-6
dates

handful fresh mint leaves

1 teaspoon mint extract or more to taste will work as well

tablespoon
vanilla

ice
Instructions
Place 1 cup of spinach, 4 dates and ½ cup of cashew milk in blender.
Blend on high until smooth.
Add avocado avocado, 1 handful of fresh mint leaves or 1 teaspoon of mint extract) 1 tablespoon vanilla and blend on high until smooth.
Add one cup of ice and blend until smooth. Depending on thickness preference you can add more ice.
Pour into a glass and drink.
You can add on a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of our Tasty Yummies chocolate to take this shake next level. Enjoy!
