Pineapple Lemonade Gut Health Gummies

Ingredients
  • ½ cup pure pineapple juice
  • ¼ cup pure lemon juice
  • ¼ c coconut water
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 4 tablespoons grass-fed gelatin
Instructions
  1. Add juice and maple syrup to a saucepan.
  2. Heat to a simmer
  3. Remove from heat
  4. Whisk in gelatin
  5. Pour into molds or a greased 8x8 dish
  6. Refrigerate for 30 minutes
  7. Enjoy!
