  • 2 pounds chicken thighs, boneless, skinless
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2-4 tablespoons ranch seasoning
  1. Ranch Chicken
  2. pounds chicken thighs.
  3. tablespoons olive oil
  4. -4 tablespoons ranch seasoning
  5. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  6. In a large bowl, place all chicken and cover with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
  7. Add in 2-4 tablespoons of ranch seasoning.
  8. Mix until the chicken is fully covered in the seasoning.
  9. You can either let the chicken marinate in the fridge for 30-60 minutes or you can put directly into the oven. If you have the time to keep the chicken in the fridge, now is the time to start the French fry prep.
  10. Place chicken on sheet pan with at least an inch between each piece to prevent steaming and allow the chicken to crisp.
  11. Cook at 400 degrees for 25-35 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and it hits your personal preference of crispy.
  12. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
  13. If making our French fries put those in the oven so that they are cooking while you are preparing any side dishes, or homemade ranch.
  14. Serve the chicken thighs with a slice of a local pickle with some ranch and eat it like a slider with a side of crispy oven fries. Enjoy!
