Chocolate Hemp Milk
Serves: 1 quart
gluten-free, grain-free, paleo, keto, vegan, whole30, nut-free, egg-free, low FODMAP
  • 3-4 cups filtered water
  • 1 cup hemp hearts (1/2 cup will create a thinner milk)
  • sea salt or Himalayan salt, not necessary - enhances the flavor and adds additional trace minerals
  • ¼ cup raw cacao or cocoa powder
  • a few soft medjool dates or other sweetener of your choice
  • Sweetener Options: dates, honey, maple syrup, stevia or monk fruit
  1. Blend until smooth and creamy. Enjoy right away or strain.
  2. Your homemade hemp milk will keep 3-5 days in an airtight container in the fridge.
