Strawberry Vanilla Bean Hemp Milk
Serves: 1 quart
gluten-free, grain-free, paleo, keto, vegan, whole30, nut-free, egg-free, low FODMAP
  • 3-4 cups filtered water
  • 1 cup hemp hearts (1/2 cup will create a thinner milk)
  • pinch sea salt or Himalayan salt, not necessary - enhances the flavor and adds additional trace minerals
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • ½ - 1 teaspoon beet powder (optional, for color)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean powder, paste, vanilla extract, to taste
  • sweetener, if you like, see below for options
  • Sweetener Options: dates, honey, maple syrup, stevia or monk fruit
  1. Blend until smooth and creamy. Enjoy right away or strain.
  2. Your homemade hemp milk will keep 3-5 days in an airtight container in the fridge.
