Lemon Tahini Dressing {Paleo, Vegan, Whole30, Keto}
Serves: just over 1 cup
gluten-free, grain-free, nut-free, egg-free, paleo, keto, whole30, vegan, vegetarian
  • ½ cup organic tahini
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced or grated
  • 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoons olive oil
  • ⅓ cup water
  • sea salt and black pepper, to taste
  1. Add all of the ingredients together in a bowl and whisk together, starting with ⅓ cup water and adding more until you reach your desired consistency.
  2. Alternatively you can skip mincing the garlic and add all of the ingredients to your high speed blender and process until smooth and creamy. Adding more water as needed. A hand blender also works great.
  3. This Lemon Tahini Dressing will keep up to 7 days in the refrigerator.
