Happy Friday!! Hope all of my American readers had a happy, fun and safe 4th of July!! Did you do anything fun yesterday??
We’ve had a great week!! So excited that summer is in full swing and trying to enjoy every moment of it.

I froze some watermelon balls (used a melon baller to scoop out fresh watermelon then put it on a parchment paper lined sheet until they were frozen and they have been delicious in sparkling water.

This is one of my favorite things. Walking to the lagoon by our house with Seri and we just sit together and enjoy the quiet. The perfect time for my to sit with my thoughts.

The contents of the perfect bike basket. One water bottle, two HUGE zucchini, a bottle of “Two Buck Chuck” Trader Joe’s wine and some homemade insect repellent. This makes for an amazing night, wouldn’t you say?

    That definitely looks like a great week! We’ve got some courgettes just coming through, they have flowered – I know the flowers are edible, but do you have any suggestions? Or should I just dump them on a salad and call it good?

    Seri is gorgeous, I have an English Bull too, but a large brindle fella with a few splashes of white. They are truly a unique species: life is better with a Bullie 😀

    I went to Wanderlust when it was in Chicago. I had so much fun, even though it was a very chilly day. I’m curious to know how you made your insect repellent….
