I’m trying (who isn’t?) to lose a few pounds. I’m presently eating salads, but as I write I normally drink coffee to wake my mind up. I do a protein shake (Bio-Trust protein) for breakfast, eat the salad for lunch and dinner (usually prepare a medium salad with many ingredients – the library has smoothies but I never have them except this time of year and only once a week or less). If I’m at home I’ll fix a big dinner, usually salmon and stir friend vegetables or chicken and stir friend vegetables or steak and stir fried vegetables plus some spices (oregano and more [ 3 or more]). On the weekends when I go to the Bible Seminary they prepare dinner both on Saturdays and Sundays (Sundays are the most stressful as I usually have breakfast but can’t avoid 3 other meals at 2 churches – a lot of pizza or chicken, etc.)…ok I’m ramblin’ any suggestions from an expert?
